The project marked one of several refurbishment projects completed by Clegg in the heart of the Leeds business district, and followed the company’s transformation of Minerva House. Works involved the creation of a new entrance area, and installation of floor-to-ceiling windows to the elevation of the eleven-storey building.
Site Challenges
The improvement works were undertaken whilst the building remained occupied and operational.
To allow the tenants to maintain their day-to-day business unhindered, our site team engaged in regular and frequent dialogue to ensure all parties were fully appraised of ongoing and forthcoming works and that there was no disruption to critical business operations.
Clegg’s extensive knowledge of the area was instrumental to the delivery of this project, which saw the company working within a tightly constrained, high-traffic area of Leeds city centre.
