This was an important factor when constructing the 118 bed Premier Inn and 46 residential units in Derby. The site was logistically challenging as it was surrounded by Full Street, the Grade II listed Magistrates Court, and the River Derwent so a careful approach was required.
We pride ourselves on building great client relationships and this was true of our Lawley Square development in Telford. One of four mixed-use projects we carried out for the same client, it involved the design and construction of a supermarket, retail units and 39 residential properties and formed part of a larger £600m scheme.
We were also responsible for the design and build of a development in Milton Keynes. The Newton Leys project saw the team deliver retail stores, a supermarket, town houses and apartments on a live site.
