Our projects and our general business undertakings have the potential to provide social value from one or more of our social value themes.
We recognise that social value can be also delivered from our general business activities, our head office and regional office activities, and through strategic relations with our partners; a strategic social value plan will be developed on an annual basis.
Our strategic social value plan will consider each of our social value themes and shall assess and propose ways in which our central business activities could be mobilised to maximise social value.
Our strategic social value plan will be measured and monitored on a quarterly basis and reported on annually.
Our client’s social value targets shall be reviewed for each project and where appropriate a social value plan will be developed and implemented.
Our project specific social value plans shall consider each of our social value themes and shall assess and propose ways in which our people and our supply chain may be mobilised to maximise social value.
Project specific social value plans will be measured, monitored, and reported against.
