Site Challenges

The building remained fully occupied during construction, with Clegg maintainingclosecontactwith the building’s end users to ensure it remained fully operational throughout the duration of the project.

BREEAM 'Excellent' Project

The project achieved a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating in testament to the highly sustainable design, construction and operational standards the building adheres to. Araftof energy efficiency technologies and improvements to the fabric of the building were instrumental to achieving BREEAM ‘Excellent’, and included:

Full Grade A Office internal refurbishment
VRF Comfort Cooling
Solar control glazing to reduce glare
Full Grade A internal refurbishment and external upgrades to elevations, including new glazed curtain walling.
