The undertaking of a series of remedial works to the building were also part of the contract works, including a new lift serving all floors. Works were completed on time and within budget.
Parts of the building remained occupied, including a Premier Inn at ground floor level. Access was shared between service deliveries and our contract works. We liaised closely with neighbouring businesses to minimise disruption.
