Part of a larger £600m scheme to create Lawley Village community, this mixed use project comprised the Design and Construction of a Morrisons Supermarket, retail units and the development of 39 premier new-build residential properties.

This scheme for Henry Davidson Developments saw the construction of:

A 40,000ft² Morrison's supermarket and cafe shell, adjoining 9 retails units totalling 2,400ft² and associated external works, including a large car park
The residential development comprised 23 two bed apartments and 16 mews houses, which were sold on the open market as part of the new Lawley Village

ENVIRONMENTAL AND SOCIAL VALUE

Sustainability played an important role in the development, and this scheme was awarded a BREEAM ’Very Good’ Rating.
