- A 40,000ft² Morrison's supermarket and cafe shell, adjoining 9 retails units totalling 2,400ft² and associated external works, including a large car park
- The residential development comprised 23 two bed apartments and 16 mews houses, which were sold on the open market as part of the new Lawley Village

- Sustainability played an important role in the development, and this scheme was awarded a BREEAM ’Very Good’ Rating.
