The 3870m² building is traditional brick and block and has been designed to provide efficient accommodation over three stories with facilities including a cinema, lounge, hairdressers and nail bar, bar and restaurant, laundry room, offices, and lounge with kitchen. With high quality finishes throughout, this home provides a luxurious space with exceptional care facilities, and 27 car parking spaces for staff and visitors.
 

External works were designed to stimulate residents and be accessible to all, including patio areas and sun terraces. Plant species were chosen for their smell and visual characteristics, and all gardens are secure. Footpaths are smooth and allow for wheelchair access.

Services

Mechanical and electrical works, include nursing call systems, were installed throughout the building, alongside access control security doors, LED lighting and sprinkler systems.
