The five storey building contains 170 1 and 2 bed apartments delivered to the Staycity corporate specification including fully coordinated fit-out. The building includes an undercroft car park.
The development footprint covers the site area almost entirely, meaning our delivery programme had to be carefully sequenced, planned and managed.
Adjacent to the site is a canal and our works required agreement from the Canal & River Trust.
