Cambridge quiz night

30 July 2018

A total of £1,200 was raised at a charity quiz night sponsored by Clegg Construction's Cambridge office.

The money will go to the LandAid charity, a property industry charity working to end homelessness in the UK.

Fourteen teams attended on the night including Mole Architects, Feilden and Mawson, Ingleton Wood, Hive Consultants, Voland Roofing, Oxbury, 8build, Allied Services, Conisbee, Salusai, MCW architects, Croudace, Sharman-Grimwade, Peter Dann and Oxbury were the winners.

The event was hosted by Varsity Consulting on behalf of the Royal Institute for Chartered Surveyors (RICS) for the East of England.

LandAid is RICS' chosen charity and aims to bring together busineses and individuals from across the industry to support charities delivering life-changing projects for young people who are or have been homeless, or who are at risk of homelessness.

Kelly Fowler, Account Manager, said that Clegg Construction's Cambridge office was delighted to sponsor the event:

It's important that as well as trying to raise our business profile in the East of England we give something back to the local community. Sponsoring the RICS Quiz and working alongside Varsity Consulting was a great opportunity to fulful both of these objectives.
