Framework/Contracts Manager

Sam is an adept and committed contracts manager with 11 years’ experience in the construction industry. He has hands-on experience managing construction contracts, with exceptional knowledge of building standards and legal requirements.

As Framework Manager, a key part of Sam’s role involves overall responsibility for the delivery of all projects procured via SCAPE’s regional construction framework – all the way from feasibility to in-use.

In his free time, Sam includes keeping fit, countryside dog walks, and watching football.
