We have recently started work on the pioneering £16million Very Light Rail (VLR) centre in Dudley – a joint venture between WMG and Dudley MBC. As the principal contractors, we are responsible for the construction of the centre, which includes a triple height engineering hall, research labs, conference rooms and more.
The Cardea Community Pavilion, which was completed through the EMPA framework in partnership with Peterborough City Council, provided an exceptional community facility. Designed with low maintenance and running costs as the priority, the building includes robust construction detailing and energy efficient heating solutions.
We also completed the Chaddesden Library, a £1.1 million project that provided the local community with an exciting single storey library. It features a traditional brick and cedar board cladding and single pitch sedum roof with photovoltaic panels fixed to the roof and walls.
