We typically look to recruit the following:
You will be responsible for the cost control of Clegg Construction projects, subcontract procurement and risk management. You will have experience working on a broad spectrum of projects which will enable you to allocate and analyse works to arrange payments. You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, and be able to find innovative ways to solve problems.
Responsible for the day-to-day running of a site, tasks will include promoting health and safety and quality control, the recruitment of labour and ensuring the scheme completes on time and to budget. You will be experienced in delivering projects across a wide range of sectors. Engaging the whole site team, you will be a strong leader, have excellent communication skills, an ability to resolve problems and be self-motivated and highly organised.
Applicants must have experience working for a large regional contractor and be able to demonstrate they have recently worked as the project lead on schemes ranging from £3million to £15million.
