Birmingham Metropolitan College - Stourbridge College

Birmingham
£3.1m

Undertaken in partnership with Birmingham Metropolitan College, this scheme involved the upgrade to an existing college building which included the demolition and rebuild of an existing reception building.

Clegg refurbished the existing three storey building which links the reception and infil block. Works also included the overclad of existing buildings.

Site Challenges

Through constant communication between the site team and college  we were able to ensure the existing facility continued uninterrupted. This included creating site specific access and egress plans.
